CIC Research, Inc. is a contract research firm specializing in economic, marketing,
environmental and survey research. Incorporated in 1965, CIC
Research is headquartered in a 15,000 square foot, company owned
facility in San Diego, California.
Through its years of operation, CIC, a certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), has successfully
conducted research projects for Fortune 500 corporations, multi-national
corporations, and private firms, as well as for
federal, state and local government agencies. This diverse client base can be attributed to CIC's ability
to design research methodologies to meet a full spectrum of corporate and government
research requests.
CIC takes pride in establishing
enduring relationships with its clients. More than 50 percent of
CIC's current projects are ongoing studies that have been requested by
long-term clients. These clients keep coming back because of the
success of their projects which have met budgetary constraints.

CIC has a state-of-the-art facility where we pride ourselves on conducting
efficient and accurate economic and marketing research. Our telephone interviewing department
includes a 30-station CATI (computer-aided telephone interviewing) lab. Our CATI system
is run on world-class Voxco software which specializes in applications for collecting and
processing strategic data. All telephone surveys are conducted at CIC's offices in our
central telephone facility under direct supervision; interviews are never conducted from
interviewer's homes.
CIC's in-house computer facility is a Windows based server system which provides
a centralized location to store all project related materials. We also have a stand alone
Windows server capable of redundancy during an unlikely disk failure. The system provides a very
stable and secure environment to run SAS v9.4 based data analysis. A large library of supporting
computer software is maintained by CIC for data manipulation, economic modeling and statistical
analysis. In short, CIC Research is structured and equipped to conduct quality, cost-efficient,
